Well done to the SEKF Squad who competed at the recent PC Open and a big thank you to the parents who supported us during the day. The kata started well with Patchouli Phillips winning Gold after performing some impressive kata, whilst Cameron Downer who also performed some great kata won Silver in his category.
The kumite was to be no different as Elliott Lowman stormed his category, just losing in the final to receive a well deserved Silver medal, this was followed by Loui Naraine's great performance also winning silver.
The ladies team competed well together and looked like a great team eventually winning a silver medal whilst Damla Kaya fought well in her category and won a bronze. Well done everyone!

Absolutely fantastic performance.It is a pleasure to train with you all and glad to see your hard work and dedication paying off. I may be 20 years older than most of you, but you are a real inspiration to me and when I grow up, I hope to be half as good as you lot :-)
On another note: A massive thank you to the clubs new sponsor - "Not Just Travel". Tom Arnold and his team are amazing, i would highly recommend giving them a try when booking your holidays!!
