The SEKF Christmas party this year was a great success. The new venue went down a treat as did the amazing buffet prepared by Master Chef semi finalist, Gavin Barnes. As usual, Sasha supplied some lovely cakes and made sure the evening ran well. Our squad parents, offered some extra food and raffle prizes which showed the great SEKF team spirit that has helped the success of our federation.
Congratulations to our students who won an award for their contributions in 2017, our Instructors/Mentors who have given their time up throughout the year to pass on their knowledge to our young students, and to our fantastic squad who have trained so hard over the last year.
Finally, I would like to congratulate our two Elite squad students, Carla Rudkin-Guillen and Elliott Lowman for winning the SEKF Honours Award due to their continuous hard work, determination and success throughout 2017. Both athletes have exceeded all expections, setting new standards within the SEKF, due to their achievements, both were awarded the coveted Black Belt. Well Done!
