Congratulations to our young athletes who competed at the Southern England Karate championships. After a tough day competiting, Team SEKF managed a fantastic two gold, six silver and five bronze medals.... Fantastic work everyone and thanks to Sensei Carla, Ethan and Denis for helping me coach.
