Champions Kata & Kumite Course

I have pleasure in announcing that England International Sensei Carla Rudkin-Guillen will be running a special Champions Kata and Kumite course which will take place on Friday 29th August from 12.00pm - 3.00pm at New Milton Memorial Centre, Whitefield road. BH25 6DE.

The special champions course is offered to students Orange belt and above...

Carla is taking time out from her World Championships pre-training to inspire our SEKF students by teaching some of her special training drills that will improve both their kata and kumite performance whether it is for competition or just to improve their overall karate technique.

The fun and focussed training will consist of plyometric drills for explosion, movement drills for speed and coordination, calisthenic drills for core stability in addition to the technical kata and kumite training.
